Wow where do I start.... I have been extremely fortunate to live across Canada but now you can find me at home in Toronto, Ontario where it all started. I've spent the past eight years living in Calgary, Alberta where I attended the University of Calgary and received my Bachelor of Arts in Communications and Media Studies (with a minor in Health & Society). At UofC I was a member of the Dinos Women's Volleyball team and was a member of various clubs such as Canadian Mentors for Youth and the UofC Health Advocacy and Leadership Club.

 

 Following my undergraduate degree, I completed a five month contract in experiential marketing with the Canada Digital Adoption program where I advised small businesses on developing their e-commerce store, digital marketing strategy, and cybersecurity practices. In this position I developed a keep interest in digital marketing, specifically, how businesses can better leverage social media to meet marketing goals and grow their community.

Upon completing this contract I made the move back to Toronto and have since been working as a freelance content creator, social media manager, digital advisor...a digital nomad if you will. I've continued advising some small businesses and began working directly with content creators to manage their social media presence. I've also taken this opportunity to develop my skills with various content creation tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Premier Pro, and Illustrator, as well as CapCut and Filmora. Additionally I'm completing the Google Data Analytics Certificate and have developed basic competencies in SEO, keyword research, Google Analytics, Google Search Console and CRM platforms Sprout Social and Hubspot, CMS platforms WordPress and Later.
